Wednesday, May 28, 2014. 50 miles this morning and then moved to the Bosu Ball for squats, then Kettle bell lunges, Kettle bell swings, jump rope, Abs, tri-ceps, bi-ceps, crunches, jump rope, and then another . 50 on the treadmill! I can do it! .

I am finding new ways to stay healthy. Saturday, July 9, 2011. Dukan Diet Experiment - OVER! Okay, I was very exited about this diet. Mostly because of the fast results. I dropped 5 lbs the first day and 2 more the second day and 1 more the fourth day. You wake up skinny! That is the good part of the diet.
